Graduate students wishing to reside in university housing may choose to apply for The University Inn Apartments. The University Inn apartment building located in historic Cumberland Gap, a little over a mile from the LMU campus. There are studio apartments one bedroom apartments available.
In the back of the building residents have access to a communal area with barbecues, swimming pool, picnic tables, and chairs.
In addition there is a basketball court and sand volleyball court. There is an onsite exercise room with free weights, exercise machines, space for aerobics/yoga, and outdoor, fenced pet areas. Located on the fourth floor are several study rooms for private or group study sessions.
Each apartment comes with a queen size bed, dresser, desk with chair, and a kitchen table with 2 chairs. All apartments have a kitchenette with a fridge, 2-burner stove top, and convection oven/microwave combo. Each apartment also has a private bathroom. The studio apartments are roughly 23x18.
In addition to what is included in a studio apartment, the one bedroom provides more space in which the kitchen and living room share half of the apartment. The second half houses the bathroom and bedroom. The one bedroom comes with a couch, chair, and a secondary desk area. The one-bedroom apartments are roughly 28x20.
The UINN offers a wide variety of exercise equipment to fit the needs of all students who live in off campus graduate housing. In addition to the gym, the UINN also offers study spaces, an outdoor pool, covered gathering area, grills, and a fenced pet area.
