Whitney Good is an award-winning communications strategist and Emmy-nominated journalist who now serves as the assistant director of marketing and public relations at Lincoln Memorial University. A former television news reporter and anchor, Whitney built her career on uncovering compelling stories, asking thoughtful questions, and delivering clear, impactful narratives to broad audiences.
Her reporting work earned her an Emmy nomination, and she was later recognized with an American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM) Excellence in Communications Award for feature writing.
Today, Whitney leads high-level communications efforts for the LMU-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) and the School of Engineering. She develops strategic messaging, media relations initiatives, and multimedia campaigns that elevate institutional visibility and position faculty and students as leaders in their fields. Drawing from her newsroom background, she approaches university communications with a reporter’s instinct for what matters and a marketer’s vision for impact.

Katelin Chadwell is the media specialist at Lincoln Memorial University with a focus on video production and editing. Her work includes filming, post-production, and preparing video content for social media, web, and institutional use. Katelin has a bachelors degree in Media Communications from Lincoln Memorial University and continues to expand her skills in motion graphics and visual storytelling. 

Bailey Patton serves as Lincoln Memorial University’s social media and marketing specialist. In this role, she supports digital marketing and communication strategies that connect the university with prospective students, alumni, and the broader community. An LMU graduate, Bailey brings a strong understanding of the university’s mission and focuses on creating engaging content that strengthens brand awareness and audience engagement.

Parker Estes serves as Marketing Specialist for Lincoln Memorial University and J. Frank White Academy, where she manages media relations and develops press releases for the School of Mathematics, Sciences, and Health Professions; the Paul V. Hamilton School of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences; the School of Business; J. Frank White Academy; and the Abraham Lincoln Library and Museum. In addition to overseeing media coverage, she supports institutional communications through event photography, social media collaboration, graphic design assistance, and strategic messaging initiatives that highlight the achievements of the University community. Parker earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University.

Ansley Letsinger serves as a marketing specialist for Lincoln Memorial University. Her portfolio of responsibilities includes coordinating media coverage across all Knoxville-based locations, crafting press releases, and managing digital content and marketing materials for the nursing, law and dental schools. She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Belmont University. Prior to joining LMU, Letsinger worked marketing and social media manager for Penguin Chillers. Her professional skills include social media marketing, digital storytelling, journalism, photography, graphic design and marketing strategy.
