These apartments provide housing exclusively for graduate students. They are located a little over a mile from campus, offering the luxury of campus housing without being on campus. Each building consists of three-bedroom apartments with a shared kitchen and living room.
Located next to the University Inn, residents enjoy the same amenities offered to those residents: a 24 hour gym, pool, covered pavilion with grills, sand volleyball court, and a basketball court.
The living room is also shared and has a kitchen table with chairs, couch, and armchair.
The kitchen is shared by the three occupants. It is supplied with a oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
Each bedroom is private with a twin-XL bed, desk with chair, chest of drawers, and a walk-in closet.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom attached.
