On Thursday, December 12, 2024, Lincoln Memorial University President Dr. Jason McConnell conferred the degrees of 15 Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduates at LMU’s Caylor School of Nursing Fall Commencement Ceremony in Chattanooga, TN.
The ceremony included multiple members of the LMU faculty and staff including Dr. R. Jay Stubblefield, executive vice president for academic affairs, presenting the candidates and Dr. Tammy Dean, dean of the Caylor School of Nursing, for presentation of the diplomas and the introduction of the commencement speaker. Rachel Harris, the chief of nursing at Erlanger Hospital, delivered the commencement address.
The 2024 fall graduates include:
Students with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 were recognized. Those Cum Laude honorees were Catlett, DeVita, Portera and Stone.
“These graduates embody the values of excellence, service, and dedication that define the Caylor School of Nursing,” said Dr. Tammy Dean. “Their hard work and resilience have prepared them to make a profound impact in the healthcare field. We are confident that they will bring knowledge, empathy, and innovation to their roles as nurses.”
