With over three decades of experience in marketing, public relations, and communications, Nikki Lockhart serves as LMU's director of marketing and PR. She oversees strategies to connect and engage with diverse audiences, from prospective students to alumni. She is an LMU graduate with a bachelor’s degree in communications and an MBA. Her career at LMU spans more than ten years, including roles as Director of Marketing and PR for Medical Programs, Director of Social Media, and adjunct professor of marketing. Before LMU, she spent 11 years as Director of Marketing at Commercial Bank, where she led brand strategies for a billion-dollar financial organization. Earlier in her career, she honed her skills as a reporter, assistant editor, and eventually Editor-in-Chief of the Middlesboro Daily News, where she earned awards for journalism and photography.
