Pursue a rewarding health care career with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Lincoln Memorial University! We carefully crafted our BSN program to prepare you to become a safe and effective caregiver, equipped to function successfully in entry-level Registered Nurse (RN) positions after completing and passing your NCLEX-RN examination.
You will have access to two options for the BSN program. In the traditional format, you will complete four semesters with a summer break, while in the accelerated format, you will complete four semesters without a summer break.
Regardless of your program choice, you will learn in small classes, where you'll receive personalized attention and mentorship from our dedicated faculty. Our programs are fully accredited, so you can trust that your education is rigorous, up-to-date, and meets the highest academic standards.
You will begin your nursing education with hands-on learning from your first semester, and your curriculum will include both didactic and clinical semester hours. As you work towards your degree, you'll get experience as a generalist, caring for individuals, families, and community groups at different points on the wellness-illness continuum.

At LMU, we have "rolling admissions," meaning that applications are reviewed and potentially approved in the order that they are received. Because of this, we encourage you to apply early, preferably one to two semesters before you intend to begin. However, later applications will be considered.
For admission to LMU, you must apply through the LMU portal. After you've applied for regular admission, you must also apply to your preferred location in the Caylor School of Nursing.

Past graduates from the Caylor School of Nursing have consistently achieved high pass rates on the NCLEX-RN exam and are now working in all areas of nursing, including specialized areas like neonatal intensive care, mental health nursing, school health nursing and trauma nursing. Like those graduates, you'll be prepared to pursue a host of specialized positions all over the country, in a variety of settings, from major medical centers to small community hospitals.
Upon graduating, not only will you have the option of pursuing a wide variety of advanced degree opportunities, but you will be highly sought after and eligible to work in any setting hiring registered nurses.
