Associate of Science in Nursing

Ready to build a rewarding healthcare career and become the medical professional your community needs? Earn your Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree from Lincoln Memorial University! Through our fully-accredited program, you will develop the skills needed to become a safe and effective caregiver who has what it takes to succeed in Registered Nurse (RN) positions after passing your NCLEX-RN examination. As LMU Caylor School of Nursing graduates have historically achieved high passing rates on the NCLEX-RN exam, we know that you will pass too.

The LMU ASN degree is a part-time program designed to be completed in four semesters. However, if you already possess a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with at least one year of work experience as an LPN, you may be able to complete the ASN degree program in just three semesters! With small class sizes, hands-on learning environments and the opportunity to develop your skills within both didactic and clinical hours, you'll be the nursing professional your community needs in no time.

With an LMU ASN degree in your possession, not only will you be highly sought after in your field, but you will have the option to pursue a wide variety of advanced degree opportunities. After you have completed the LMU ASN program, you could easily transition to our RN to BSN program to further your education, and even obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree completely online while working as an RN.
