In alignment with the Department of Education’s Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (DFSCA), as outlined in the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR Part 86.100), Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) will conduct a biennial review of the institution's prevention initiatives, disciplinary actions, and protocols for disseminating the annual alcohol and drug notification to both students and employees. This biennial review at LMU will encompass an analysis of data concerning alcohol and drug-related incidents and arrests, accompanied by suggestions for enhancing university-wide prevention, educational, and disciplinary strategies.
The Institutional Alcohol & Drug Compliance Task Force oversees the LMU Biennial Review process. This review draws upon information contributed by various entities within the university, including the Office of the Dean of Students, the LMU Police Department, Residential Life, the Department of Athletics, Graduate & Professional Programs, and Human Resources. Individuals from these departments actively participated in providing pertinent data for the LMU Biennial Report.
The most recent LMU Biennial Review will be made available soon. Please check back regularly for access to the Biennial Review.
