Maxwell brings over eight years of experience in physician assistant education, including a distinguished career within the University of Maryland System. Previously, Maxwell served as the founding department chair and program director at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), where she played a pivotal role in implementing and developing the UMES Physician Assistant Program, which successfully received accreditation. Her expertise and leadership were instrumental in establishing UMES as one of the six physician assistant programs at Historically Black College Universities in the United States.

Lawrence has over ten years of experience in healthcare, including work as a Hospitalist/Internal Medicine PA-C in Northeast Tennessee and as a locum tenens Hospitalist in western Maryland. While working clinically full-time, he was an Adjunct Professor at Lincoln Memorial University Harrogate PA Program and worked as a preceptor for multiple PA programs in Northeast Tennessee.
Lawrence has worked in PA education for the last three years as a full-time Assistant Professor/Principal Faculty, course director in multiple courses, and Faculty Liaison for the program's PA student organization. He is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA) as a member of the Faculty Relations Committee, and the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA).
Lawrence received his B.S. in Biology/Pre-Medicine at Northeast Louisiana University. He received his Master of Medical Science (MMS) degree in Physician Assistant Studies and Doctor of Medical Science (DMS) at Lincoln Memorial University.
Peters-Harris was born in Opelika, Alabama (AL), and graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science and Mathematics. She obtained her Medical Degree at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, AL. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of South Alabama Hospitals in Mobile, AL. Dr. Peters-Harris went on to be Chief Medical Resident within the Department of Internal Medicine at University South Alabama Hospitals. She has twenty years of experience in Internal Medicine, with particular interests in health disparities, behavioral health, and women’s health.
Peters-Harris has over five years of experience in PA education. She was the founding Medical Director for the University of Maryland Eastern Shore PA Program in 2019. During her time with UMES, she was a very active Principal Faculty member serving as a student advisor being a course director for Clinical Medicine, Clinical Problem Solving, Clinical Clerkship Preparation, Psychiatry, and PANCE Preparation; being the Simulation Coordinator for OSCEs and Summative’s. Dr. Peters-Harris is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been a diplomate since 2008. She is an American College of Physicians and Physician Assistant Education Association member.

Barriffe has over 14 years of experience as clinical PA working in hospital medicine, primary care and travel/corporate medicine. She has mentored, precepted students and trained new hire PA’s.
She received her Doctorate of Medical Science last year. The role of director of clinical education includes being responsible and managing the various aspects of the program’s clinical experiences for students.

Sheena D. Brown serves as the Director of Assessment for the LMU-Tampa Physician Assistant Program. In this role, she spearheads efforts to develop evaluation tools, assess program effectiveness, recommend improvements, and oversee continuous data management, analysis, and reporting.
Before transitioning into graduate education, she earned her Ph.D. in Pharmacology, MS in Clinical Research from Emory University, and Bachelor of Science in Biology from Spelman College.
Dr. Brown's research focuses on educational disparities and how the intersection of disability status, race, gender, and socioeconomic background m shapes them. By examining these intersections, she seeks to develop nuanced and effective approaches to promote equity and inclusion in PA education.
Corinth is a proud graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s Physician Assistant Program, where she earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2011. She further pursued academic excellence by completing a Doctor of Medical Science degree with a focus on education at Lincoln Memorial University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in communication and is an esteemed member of the LMU chapter of the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society.
With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Corinth has excelled in Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, and Urgent Care. Her dedication to advancing the profession extends into education, where she has made significant contributions as a physician associate educator in Florida and as a Community Health Aide Instructor, training healthcare providers in rural Alaska.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Corinth is passionate about exploring the outdoors with her family. She enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and engaging in water activities, finding inspiration and adventure in the diverse landscapes of Florida.
Garcia brings over 14 years of diverse clinical and academic experience. A Barry University Miami Shores graduate, she holds a Master of Medical Science degree and has practiced in emergency medicine, interventional pain management, and family medicine.
Garcia's professional accomplishments include serving as a Sub-Investigator for Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing 25 clinical trials across various specialties, and acting as an Adjunct Professor at Barry University, where she guided PA students in emergency medicine and clinical skills. She has also contributed extensively to Bay Pines Veterans Hospital veteran healthcare and spearheaded innovative clinical programs at AdventHealth Tampa.
Krachov has been a certified Physician Assistant for 26 years and has practiced in cardiothoracic surgery and interventional radiology. She is a content expert in point-of-care ultrasound and was the director of the POCUS initiative for the Nova Southeastern University PA programs for eight years before coming to LMU. Her passion is teaching PA students how to use ultrasound as part of their physical exam
Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, she was a professional violist in New York City.
Mattson is a highly skilled and certified Physician Assistant, with 31 years of professional experience in the fields of internal medicine, emergency medicine, and pulmonology. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to excellence in patient care and a deep understanding of these critical areas of medicine, making her a well-rounded and respected practitioner.
In addition to her extensive clinical expertise, Mattson has made significant contributions to academia, holding various teaching and mentoring roles that have shaped and inspired countless future healthcare professionals. Her academic career includes serving as adjunct faculty at Wayne State University, where she played an integral role in educating aspiring medical professionals, and as faculty at South University-Tampa, where she continued to share her wealth of knowledge and practical insights with students.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mattson is driven by a profound passion for education and a genuine desire to prepare the next generation of physician assistants for success. She views teaching not just as a responsibility but as a calling—one that allows her to combine her clinical expertise with her dedication to empowering students.
As she joins the Tampa campus, Mattson is eager to collaborate with students, sharing her experiences and fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. She looks forward to guiding them on their journey to becoming competent, compassionate, and confident healthcare providers.

Nadratowski graduated from Albany Medical Center in 2005 with a Master’s degree in Biomedical and PA studies. Clinically, he has worked in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Urgent Care, Otolaryngology, and Allergy. He is passionate about world travel and enjoys meeting people from all backgrounds. He has been on two medical missions to Guatemala, which he found very fulfilling.
