LMU-Knoxville PA Program
Congratulations on your choice to pursue a career as Physician Assistant (PA), consistently ranked by U.S. News & World Report as a top career in health care. PAs are in demand and the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics projects the PA profession will grow much faster than the average for all occupations. And, the average median annual wage of over $100,000 provides a great return on investment.
This 115-credit hour, 27-month curriculum includes a blend of learning activities that provides a solid foundation in primary care medicine. With three semesters of human cadaver anatomy and up to 20 weeks of clinical experiences in surgical disciplines, the curriculum prepares graduates to provide safe and effective care of patients in surgical and acute care settings.
