Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) congratulates Dr. Kelsey Metz and Dr. Josh Ray, faculty members of the LMU School of Business, on receiving the prestigious Best of the Region award for their presentation at the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) Region 3 Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Metz, dean of the LMU School of Business, and Ray, assistant dean and program director for the Doctor of Business Administration, were notified of their achievement following their presentation titled "Extraordinary Insights: Leveraging an Effective Advisory Board for Business School Advancement" at the ACBSP Region 3 Conference in November 2023.
The Best of the Region award recognizes outstanding presentations that demonstrate innovation, expertise, and significant contributions to the field of business education. The presentation exemplified these qualities, showcasing their expertise in leveraging advisory boards for the advancement of business schools.

As recipients of the Best of the Region award, Metz and Ray are now eligible to compete in the International Best of Regions competition at the ACBSP annual conference, scheduled to take place this summer in Miami, Florida.
The ACBSP Best of Regions competition recognizes excellence in business education and provides a platform for sharing innovative practices and insights within the global academic community.
