The Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) School of Business proudly announces the achievements of faculty members at the Southeast Decision Sciences Institute (SEDSI) Annual Conference held in Charleston, South Carolina.
Dr. Kelsey Metz, Dr. Cheryl Hild, and Dr. Joshua Ray showcased insights in “Ethical Considerations with the Use of Big Data and AI for Market Segmentation and Targeting Strategies.”
Hild and Ray presented “From Tools to Decisions: Developing Analytical Thinking in the Classroom,” emphasizing LMU's commitment to fostering critical thinking skills among its students. Moreover, Ray, alongside students from the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program at LMU – Blaze Bowers, Adam Brambley, and Kevin Hinkle – shared insights on “Strategic Flexibility and Higher Education,” further demonstrating the collaborative and impactful research environment fostered at LMU.
Dr. Richard Lane’s presentation on “Leadership: Strategies to Mitigate Attrition Within a Call Center Environment” underscored LMU's dedication to academic excellence and real-world problem-solving.
