What is Blackboard?
Blackboard is the web-based learning management system used at LMU. Blackboard provides a mechanism to for students to receive class resources, submit assignments, view individual class grades, communicate with their instructor, and much more. Accessing LMU Blackboard:
Once your account is created, Blackboard can be accessed by logging on to myLMU ( and choosing Blackboard from My Links in the right hand corner. You will not need to log in to Blackboard as it will do this automatically when you click the link.

Your courses can be accessed through the My Courses Tab.
