The practice employs Advanced Compensation Models (ACM) that permit the provider to configure a compensation arrangement that balances professional and personal goals. The models can be structured to emphasize a patient care/administrative balance with a ½ day per week set aside for administrative matters or be production-focused, allowing the physician assistant to maximize earning potential. The models permit an earning potential upwards of $170,000/yr.
