Camp LMU seeks to engage local elementary and middle school students in a fun, immersive, active learning environment that allows them to build a relationship & familiarity with a university setting.
This summer, we will offer Camp LMU STEM+, and a NEW Camp LMU SPORTS!
We had a great group of Campers and Staff at Camp LMU 2024!
From field day games to exploring sensory bins, to learning how to make nutritious snacks and brush our teeth, Camp LMU participants discovered how much FUN camp is... and form great new friendships along the way!
Our Camp LMU sessions were led by LMU professional faculty and staff from across the many programs the University has to offer. Campers learned about nursing, veterinary medicine, nutrition, dental care, business, education, medicine, chemistry, engineering, and MORE!
Whatever the session, whatever the fun activity, Camp LMU is all about empowering students to discover more about themselves... who they are, what they love, and what they aspire to do! These campers were learning about veterinary medicine!
We incorporated athletic activity into Camp LMU, and it was so well-received, we're having a Sports Session Summer 2025!
