The Bovine Teaching Center is 11,460 sq. ft. and has 96 headlocks for teaching bovine clinical skills with the Jersey herd, and clinical spaces for food animal surgery, restrooms, showers, a teaching laboratory, an office, a garage for animal transport and ambulatory vehicles, including an adjacent restocking area and outdoor pens for livestock. The building is equipped with six 80-inch flat screen monitors and wireless microphone capabilities. The Center for Innovation in Veterinary Education Technology (CIVET) also occupies this space.
