"For the Summer of 2023 I interned at J.A. Fielden General Construction and Construction Managers. My job was to assist the site Superintendent and supervise subcontracts. These subcontracts included concrete pours, framing, and electrical installation. I also had to learn to understand site drawings. My biggest takeaway from this job is learning how to effectively manage a project with many moving parts. I supervised subcontracts pouring concrete, framing floors, and even doing electrical. If you want an internship that covers all different types of engineering, this would be a good opportunity for you."
