Research Day

Phi Zeta Research Day

Lincoln Memorial University-College of Veterinary Medicine (LMU-CVM) recognizes, encourages, and rewards students who excel in research. The LMU-CVM Phi Zeta Research Day, held annually, showcases the research efforts of our students and serves as a platform to communicate student research opportunities. The event is attended by CVM faculty members, faculty from the University of Kentucky's Gluck Equine Research Center (UK GERC) and Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (UKVDL), as well as students from all three pre-clinical year classes of our DVM program, among others from the LMU community.

The program features a keynote speaker along with oral and poster presentations from students mentored by faculty from both LMU-CVM and the University of Kentucky. Additionally, summer research opportunities at the University of Kentucky are discussed, and new initiatives for student involvement in research projects during the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters are presented.
