The 1,000 acre wooded campus of Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee, is located 55 miles north of Knoxville. Alongside the DeBusk Veterinary Teaching Center (DVTC), this is the main site for professional student learning in the first three years of the curriculum. In Harrogate, the College occupies the Veterinary Medical Education Building. The DVTC is located about 12 miles from the Harrogate campus, in Ewing, Virginia, where most of our clinical learning occurs during the first 3 years of the curriculum. The CVM utilizes a hybrid distributive model for the clinical year, where students learn at sites such as UKVDL, Innovetive, animal shelters, the DVTC and private practice clinical affiliates.

The Lincoln Memorial University-College of Veterinary Medicine (LMU-CVM) has moved into the new three-story, 85,000 sq. ft. College of Veterinary Medicine building on the Harrogate campus as of May 2019, following dedication ceremonies by United States Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny Perdue, DVM.
The CVM Building includes two large lecture halls which can join to accommodate over 250 per hall and can be combined to accommodate over 500 people, allowing the CVM to accommodate its entire student body in room for special occasions. The building also has 24 state-of-the art communications laboratories, the most of any CVM in the U.S., simulation laboratories, basic and clinical sciences classrooms, numerous study rooms, student break areas, faculty offices, student and academic services offices, clinical relations and outreach offices and the deans' suite. The building includes numerous smaller spaces, designed with flexibility to accommodate small group learning/active learning, wellness activities, and student club events. The building provides research space on the third floor, including a home for the Center for Animal and Human Health in Appalachia (CAHA) and Center for Innovation in Veterinary Education and Technology (CIVET) that will serve as a focal point for faculty and student research collaboration aimed to elevate veterinary medicine in Appalachia and beyond.
