Measure 1 – Completer Effectiveness
The Tennessee Department of Education releases an EPP Report Card annually. The Provider Impact domain of the EPP Report Card provides this data. The EPP Report Card can be found here: Teacher Prep Report Card - Provider Impact.
Measure 2 – Satisfaction of Employers and Stakeholder Involvement
Annually, the EPP compiles employer satisfaction data based on practicing Initial and Advanced Program alumni who completed the program the previous year. The results of the most recent data cycle (compiled in Spring 2024) for the employer survey can be found here.
Measure 3 – Candidate Competency at Completion
Ability of completers to meet licensing (certification) and any additional state requirements as assessed by the EPP’s Title II Report can be found here..
Measure 4 – Ability of Completers to be Hired
The Tennessee Department of Education releases an EPP Report Card annually. The Employment domain of the EPP Report Card provides data on employment and retention for completers hired in Tennessee public schools. The link can be found here: Teacher Prep Report Card - Employment.
