Worth, Texas, for over 17 years, where he is board certified as a family law specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has since written and presented dozens of articles and papers on family law, law and technology, and practical tips for lawyers, and he has co-authored three published books on direct and cross-examination in family law cases.
Beverly has been an officer and director for a number of years in the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Family Law Section.
Beverly is active in the Texas Bar, the Tennessee Bar, and the Northern District of Texas and is a Rule 31 Certified Mediator in TN family law cases.
