Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine Practice located in beautiful Cleveland, Tennessee. Established in 1976 and managed by a father and son team, we have been serving our community for nearly 48 years. As a Physician Assistant, you will treat our patients ranging in ages 2 to geriatric providing high- quality care while working closely with the Doctors and other healthcare professionals on staff. Duties:

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on patient needs
- Provide counseling and education to patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and medication management
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform minor surgical procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Collaborate with medical imaging professionals to interpret radiographic images
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient response to treatment
- Provide critical care support in emergency situations

 

Requirements:
- Eligible for Tennessee and DEA licensure
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Strong knowledge of medical principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
