LMU Caylor School of Nursing to Host Accreditation Review

Master of Science in Nursing

The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) will review the Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) Caylor School of Nursing’s (CSON) Master of Science in Nursing program for continuing accreditation in September.

The general public, alumni and students are invited to meet with the site visit team and share your comments about the program at the meeting scheduled at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, in room 224 of the Hamilton Math and Science Building located at 6965 Cumberland Gap Parkway, Harrogate, Tennessee, 37752.

The LMU CSON has maintained continual accreditation for the MSN program since it welcomed its inaugural class in the fall of 2006. LMU offers MSN concentrations including the Family Nurse Practitioner, Nursing Administration, Nurse Anesthesia and Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. The MSN Family Nurse Practitioner concentration is available at the LMU main campus in Harrogate, Tennessee, at LMU-Cedar Bluff in Knoxville, Tennessee and at the Kingsport Center for Higher Education in Kingsport, Tennessee. The MSN Nurse Anesthesia concentration is available on the main campus and the Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner concentration is available at LMU-Cedar Bluff. The MSN Nursing Administration concentration is available online.
