Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) has named Savannah Worley as the new assistant alumni director.
Originally from Middlesboro, Kentucky, Worley brings a strong background in public relations and human resource leadership to LMU’s alumni program. Worley earned her undergraduate degree in Public Relations from Western Kentucky University and graduated with summa cum laude honors from Sullivan University, where she received a Master of Science in Human Resource Leadership.
In her role, Worley will assist Senior Director of Alumni Services Sheliah Cosby in enhancing alumni engagement, leading networking events, and collaborating across LMU departments to expand alumni recruitment efforts. Her focus will include supporting young alumni engagement and serving on the homecoming committee.
“I am very excited to be a part of LMU's community and to see how I can help make a difference in our alumni engagement, especially with young alumni,” said Worley. “Throughout Homecoming 2024, I met and talked with alumni of all ages and enjoyed hearing about their time at LMU and how special of a campus it is. I can’t wait to meet more and see where this new position takes me.”
