Welcome to the website for the LMU-DCOM Department of Outpatient Services! Here is a short list of facts we are proud of:

• As of 2009, our physician staff is six and growing

• We have four specialties: family practice, gynecology, osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) and physical medicine and rehabilitation

• Our office is situated on the main campus of Lincoln Memorial University and is housed in the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine for easy access to our students, faculty staff and their family members

• We have a robust managerial and support staff of three and utilize work study students on a part-time basis

• We have provided services to approximately 2000 clients from 48 different states since we opened in October 2007

• Hospital affiliations include Middlesboro ARH and Claiborne County Hospital, as well as other specialty hospitals throughout the region

• We have an extensive network of adjunct clinical faculty who support the needs of our clients when a referral is required

• We have an on-site laboratory draw center, so there is no need to leave the campus for blood testing

• We now offer a varied number of vaccinations and provide a place for clients to receive their allergy injections without leaving the campus

• We work closely with local health departments to meet the specialized needs of their clients

Convenient Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; we are closed from noon until 1:00 p.m. for lunch.

A physician is on call 24 hours a day for urgent needs that cannot wait until the next business day. The beeper number is 423-LIN-COLN. (423-546-2656)

Emergencies should always be handled by dialing 911 or going to the nearest Emergency Room.
