Yoga/Pilates Fusion
Experience
a workout that is both fun and very challenging for all levels of fitness. This is a co-ed class. You will need a yoga or Pilates mat and comfortable, non-binding clothes. Christine is certified in Yoga levels I and II, Pilates wit the small apparatus, aqua aerobics, step aerobics, personal training and is a member of IDEA health and Fitness Association. Call 869.6452 for more information. Classes held on Mondays at 5:00 p.m. and Wednesdays from 5:00 -6:00p.m. in the basement of Lafrenze-Poole residence hall. The cost is $3 per person per class.
